Your data is yours. This policy covers what Orb collects on orbagency.xyz, why, who it's shared with, and what you can ask for. Orb never sells your data.
Who this covers
This policy covers visitors to orbagency.xyz and people who contact Orb through it. The site is run by Orb Agency LLC in Lehi, Utah. Client projects are covered by their own agreements.
What Orb collects and why
Orb's rule is to collect only what it needs. That includes what you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, business name, address (for a map on your site), project details, links, dates and budget, plus any files you upload, such as photos, logos and documents. Orb uses it to reply to you and to quote and run your project. Orb also keeps emails you send, so there's a record if you write again, and Vercel keeps hosting logs, such as your IP address, rough location and browser, to keep the site running and secure.
Workshops mailing list
If you join the workshops list, Orb uses your name, email and what you do only to send you workshop news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Analytics and cookies
This site doesn't run analytics today and doesn't set analytics cookies. Orb may add Google Analytics later. If it does, this policy will be updated first to say so, including how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Who Orb shares it with
Orb shares data only with service providers that help run the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sends form submissions to Orb by email), Calendly (booking calls: your name, email and the time you pick) and Stripe (payments on the client pages; card details go to Stripe, not to Orb). Orb doesn't sell your data, and won't use your name or business in marketing without your permission. Orb may disclose information if the law requires it.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no shared standard for it, so this site doesn't respond to it. The site doesn't run tracking that follows you across other sites.
Your rights
You can ask Orb to show you what it holds about you, correct it or delete it. Email hello@orbagency.xyz. Orb may need to confirm who you are first, and may keep some information when the law requires it.
How long Orb keeps it
Orb keeps information as long as it needs it to reply to you, work with you and keep business records, or as long as the law requires. After that, Orb deletes it.
Security
Everything sent between your browser and this site is encrypted (HTTPS).
Where your data is stored
Orb and its service providers operate in the United States. If you contact Orb from outside the US, your information will be stored in the US.
Changes and questions
