These terms cover your use of orbagency.xyz. "Orb" means Orb Agency LLC, Lehi, Utah.
Agreeing to these terms
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Orb may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If Orb doesn't enforce part of these terms, that doesn't mean Orb gives it up.
Client work
Client projects and plans are covered by a separate agreement, not by these terms.
Using the site
Don't use this site to break the law, send spam, or harm or overload it. Don't send forms using bots or other automated methods.
What you send Orb
When you send a form or an email, you confirm the information is yours to share. Orb uses it as described in the Privacy policy.
Orb's content
The designs, text and code on this site belong to Orb or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse any part of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript or visual design without written permission, and ask before using Orb's logo. Client names, logos and work belong to their owners and are shown to describe projects Orb worked on.
Links to other sites
Some links go to sites Orb doesn't run. Orb isn't responsible for them.
No guarantees
This site is provided "as is" and "as available." Orb works to keep it accurate and online, but doesn't promise it will be error-free or always available.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Orb isn't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, that come from using this site or not being able to use it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
